We specialize in machining self-lubricating bronze bearings tailored precisely to our customers' specifications. Bronze remains the cornerstone material in the creation of friction bearings. The extensive array of developed alloys and diverse lubricants available make bronze bearings suitable for an impressively wide spectrum of operational conditions. To cater to a broad range of applications, we utilize advanced continuous casting and centrifugal casting techniques for our bronze bushings. We offer an array of premium copper alloy materials, including c93200 tin bronze, lead bronze, c95400 aluminum bronze, and c86300 high tensile brass. Moreover, through our innovative collaboration, we can manufacture custom-sized copper bearings in alternative alloys, as required.
